2007 – Big Step

In July 7th 2007, PT. Indocare Pacific was officially built as the hygiene system company in Indonesia that used innovative and advanced tech eco-friendy products to deal with customer needs. With a strong commitment, ecoCare shortly became entrusted to serve more than 3,000 clients in Indonesia.

The vision is to revive the image of local Indonesia company so it is equal and are able to compete with international corporations, supported by 25 years of experience from the board of directors led by Mr. Hendrik Yong who was a pioneer from the first moment when hygiene industry entered Indonesian market in 1988, ecoCare became the right and relevant solution for the Indonesian market. ecoCare management realize that prime services emphasizing on quality products and high regards for customer’s reputation in public are the base of mutual benefits and successful  business cooperation.

Firstly, PT.Indocare Pacific has 5 branches in Indonesia. Two in Jakarta, others in Yogyakarta, and Semarang.

2008 – Rebranding and Refreshing

To support the development of Hygiene Service business in Indonesia, ecoCare began to develop the industry by opening office branches in Surabaya and Bandung.

To enhance the ecoCare brand, in August 8th 2008, we introduce new logo. The change of ecoCare brand implied the company’s care for the environment. The fresh green leaves symbolized the vitality of human lives. The choice of green color referred to fresh environment, as the blue color represented the character of sanitary products that cares for the environment.

2009 – Real Action

In 2009, ecoCare once again expanded to Samarinda, Balikpapan, and Makassar. As a commitment of social responsibility and environmental care, PT. Indocare Pacific also did a “Think Green” campaign by planting 1,000 Trembesi trees in District of Padjajaran, Bandung.

In the same year, PT. Indocare Pacific kept improving by launching new products – one range units in Bidakara IHKA exhibition.

2010 – A Strong Commitment

In 2010, ecoCare expanded the business by establishing branch in Bali and Solo. In June 12th 2010, the ecoCare central office moved to Wisma Aldiron, Pancoran.

To make our service closer to South Jakarta and Bogor, in November 2012, the office branch Jakarta 2 moved to Wisma Perkasa, Warung Buncit Raya Street No. 21 B, Blok F 12, South Jakarta.

In celebrating IP Go Green program, ecoCare Hygiene and Istana Mall Bandung held a socialization program for kids on how to properly wash hands and live a healthy lifestyle . At the campaign program, all participants also made a Christmas tree from ecoCare’s used material (cans and cardboards).

2011 – The Spirit of Serving

On March 2nd 2011, PT. Indocare Pacific opened office branch Jakarta 1 in Infinia Park Office block A 55, Manggarai, South Jakarta. This office branch served North, East, and Central Jakarta.

As for improving the service, ecoCare launched a new uniform “Think Green” that referred to the eco- friendly concept.

2013 – Upgrading

In line with the growth in business, management decided to have an independent office, and on February 18th 2013, the central office of PT Indocare Pacific moved to Grand Slipi Tower Suite AL floor 36, S. Parman Street Lot. 22, Slipi, Jakarta.

Colleagues from overseas also supported the ecoCare company chronicle.

2013 Sales Conference that was held in Ambarukmo Yogyakarta Hotel, invited coach and motivator, Yohanes Pauly, who instilled a burning spirit for the sales team to resolve and change their mindset to be an Achiever (Be + Do = Have!!). The Conferencecontinued with the Award Night and Chinese New Year nuances with lion dance and Barongsai dragon. The Achiever followed the Incentive Trip to Vietnam – Hanoi – Halong Bay for 5 days.

2014 – Synergy Building

PT. Indocare Pacific are always developing  technological  innovations by following  international business conventions  and  through  lasting  networks  that was  founded  since  1998. ecoCare also help educate the young  generation of childrens on the importance of using a clean and hygienic lavatory.
